    One cream, two solutions – tailored to your skin zones

    Dry cheeks, a shiny forehead – combination skin presents unique challenges. Axis-Y's Cera-Heart Duo Cream specifically addresses this challenge. Two separate textures in one jar allow for differentiated care without compromise.

    The lighter, water-based cream is designed for the T-zone. It regulates sebum, soothes reactive skin, and leaves a matte finish. The other chamber contains a richer ceramide treatment for dry areas. It strengthens the skin barrier, relieves feelings of tightness, and locks in moisture where it's needed most.

    Both formulations are enriched with heartleaf extract and centella and are not dominant, but finely tuned to the needs of two zones that could not be more different.

    A multifunctional care approach for combination skin that is precise, well thought out and individually adaptable.
    Application

    Use the gel cream for oily areas of the skin, such as the T-zone, and the richer cream for dry areas of the face. Apply after cleansing and serum and massage gently into the skin until completely absorbed.
