Collection: Facial cleansing

A thorough facial cleansing is the foundation of any effective skincare routine. It removes makeup, dirt, sebum, and environmental particles that accumulate on the skin throughout the day. Without cleansing, active ingredients from serums or creams cannot be properly absorbed – and blemishes develop more quickly.

Cleansing oils and balms gently remove make-up, sunscreen and sebum – ideal as the first step in the evening (oil cleansing).
Gel cleansers or foam cleansers remove water-soluble residues and refresh the skin – perfect as a second step.

Korean routines often rely on the double cleansing method, i.e. first oil, then gel.

Dry & sensitive skin: mild cleansing milk or creamy balms

Oily & impure skin: light gel cleansers with clarifying ingredients (e.g., tea tree, BHA)

Normal & combination skin: gentle foam or gel cleansers without drying surfactants
Important: Make sure you use pH-neutral, non-irritating formulations.

Korean cleansers are known for their mild, skin-friendly formulations that effectively cleanse without drying out or irritating the skin.
They often contain nourishing ingredients such as Centella Asiatica, fermented extracts or ceramides, which soothe and strengthen the skin while cleansing – ideal for delicate, sensitive or stressed skin types.
