1. How long does shipping take?

Your order will be shipped quickly and reliably with DHL. You can usually expect a delivery time of 1-3 days, so you can have your products in your hands soon. We always strive to get your order on the way as quickly as possible so that you don't have to wait long for your favorite products.

 

2. Can I return products?

Yes, you can easily return your products under the specified conditions of the right of withdrawal.

3. Which products are suitable for me?

If you are not sure which products are best suited to your skin type, just send us an email or contact our

4. I have not received an order confirmation

If you cannot find your order confirmation in your inbox or spam folder, simply send a short email to support@cosmadic.de. We will be happy to take care of it and resend you the confirmation immediately.

5. Is it possible to add products to my order later?

Yes, we can usually add products to your order later. Simply send us a short email to support@cosmadic.de or use our WhatsApp support on +4915126138660. As long as we can process your request before shipping, we will be happy to add the desired products.

6. What can I do if the product I want is sold out?

Our products are usually back in stock quickly. However, unexpected delays can sometimes occur. If you have any questions about the availability of a specific product, just send us a message. We will be happy to inform you about the current stock levels!
